COST: $30.00 per person (* Including student performer)

Please make checks payable to Bethany Vahn and return to her NO LATER than August 15th. Please include payment for tickets, and a 4X6 headshot. In the past, I have taken pictures of performers for our Talent Board, I will be happy to take your photo if you prefer.
