What Is Summer Rock School?
A week long program where musicians of all ages and styles come together to form rock bands and learn how to play together. Groups will be formed based on abilities and age. The kids will proceed to come up with a band name and a logo that will appear on poster. They will then learn chosen songs or write their own song to be performed at the end of the week’s “Rock Show.”
LIVE CONCERT PERFORMED ON FRIDAY!
The program runs Monday – Friday from 9 – 2 with a final concert performance on Friday.
Money may be sent to purchase lunch out (the kids prefer this), or they may bring a lunch.
Pricing : $375 per week
10% Discount for additional weeks
*You do not have to be a Music Connection student to participate and established bands are welcome!

Mini Rockers Ages 5 – 7
Mini-Camp
Great for younger first timers. Ages 5 – 7.
3 Days – 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. $159

Program Details
Groups will be formed based on abilities and age. The kids will proceed to come up with a band name and a logo that will appear on concert posters each member will receive.
They will then learn 4 – 5 chosen songs or sometimes write their own song to be performed at the end of the week’s “Rock Show”. Additional activities may include stage performance, history of Rock music, sound and lighting and recording techniques.
